Football coaches of the future... where are you?

At Youngs Football Academy we pride ourselves on delivering professionally run, quality football sessions for both boys and girls aged 2 – 16 of all abilities.

We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic people who want to take on FA Level 1 or 2 coach training.

You'll learn how to plan and deliver safe and enjoyable coaching sessions that are both structured and progressive.

Our current classes run as after school clubs, evenings and weekends but may also require some availability during weekdays over holiday periods. 

Main activities you'll be involved in include...
- Producing and evaluate session plans for all activities.
- Opportunity to run a youth football team, taking a team through training sessions and Sunday league matches.
- Carrying out risk assessments and report any incidents/accidents immediately.
- Ensuring that the Youngs Football Academy Codes of Conduct are adhered to.
- Attending training courses continuing professional development as required.

As a Trainee Coach you'll get the opportunity to work with young people and build your confidence and interpersonal skills and much much more
