We created a Shot, shared it with the wonderful people of Scotland… and that’s where Lanna’s story begins.
No previous motorsport experience was needed - but incidentally Lanna had been interested in motorsports and motor racing since secondary school - but she’d never been able to find and opportunity to get involved.
Coincidentally, she also happened to live only an hour away from where the work experience opportunity was happening – albeit by boat!
Lewis Hamilton's 'Racing for All' initiative aims to encourage a new and more diverse, ‘non-typical motorsport audience’ to access this opportunity, so we were thrilled to be able to support the initiative - and help a young, local woman take a step into the world of her dreams at the same time.
