In this exciting and creative role, you'll be instrumental in creating captivating content for MLB Europe's TikTok and Instagram Reels.

We're looking for someone who can breathe life into creative concepts, ride on trends, and showcase the various cultural spaces that can be connected to the sport - like music, fashion, food, gaming.



As an MLB video creative you'll be:
- Creating compelling creative concepts in line with MLB's marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Producing and editing attention-grabbing short-form videos.
- Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and agencies.
- Contributing to social editorial planning, idea generation, and researching emerging trends.


While a knowledge of baseball is beneficial, we're more interested in your video production skills. As an MLB video creative you'll need:
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for sports and an understanding of the Gen-Z audience.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and video production.
- To be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Ideally you'll also have:
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with video production techniques (shooting, lighting, sound).
