We're looking for someone who's passionate about bringing communities together to join us as a Community Ambassador in Brent - you'll play a key part in creating new relationships and partnerships with local people and community groups.

If you have experience living, working or studying in Brent, as well as experience of working in an educational or outreach setting and/or hosting and delivering events this could be the perfect Shot for you.


As a Community Ambassador you'll take on a number of different roles, projects and activities including:

Community Engagement
-E.g., Identifying, establishing and developing excellent relationships with key stakeholders, community education and organisations.

Community Ambassador
- E.g., Promoting and sharing information and knowledge between Punchdrunk Enrichment and local networks and groups within Brent.

Community Mobiliser
- E.g., Supporting the recruitment of Brent based people and groups. Including; Project participants, Schools and colleges, Audience members, New staff/board members.


Events
E.g., Planning, developing, delivering and hosting workshops, training sessions, and events. And acting as a primary contact for participants.

Planning and administration
E.g., Drafting and managing budgets for projects, and responding to enquiries / conducting research and analysis to help us better serve Brent audiences.

We're looking for someone with excellent knowledge of the local communities in Wembley Park, Brent and the surrounding area. It would be great if you have...
- Experience building partnerships, making connections and building partnerships - and can work well in a team.
- Strong planning and organisation skills and excellent written/spoken communication skills.
- A commitment to anti-racism and allyship throughout our work and company culture.
