The London 3D Jedi Academy offers a 6-month paid program to train alongside ILM's highly skilled artists and industry veterans, as a young VFX Padawan.
As well as gaining hands-on experience working on real film projects, as a VFX Padawan you'll be given a number of other key activities, responsibilities and tasks to focus on, such as...
- Assisting senior artists on real film projects, contributing to cutting-edge visual effects.
- Developing your skills in a chosen 3D discipline (Creature, FX, Environment, etc.).
- Collaborating with a talented team and learning from industry veterans in a fast-paced environment.
As part of your journey and training a VFX Padawan you can also expect to gain:
